WARRANTY

All FEMANCE products come with a warranty period of 3 months for single-time free repair, during which damage due to a manufacturing defect can be reported to us for repair. This includes damage to handles, buckles, and hardware. Wear from normal or excessive use is excluded from the warranty. Further, please note that leather is a natural material and will occasionally present variation – this variation is not covered under warranty. 

  1. For items purchased on our online shop, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the repair. To open a warranty claim ticket, please send an email to info@femance-official.com and include the following:
    • A copy of your order confirmation
    • A clear photo(s) or video of the damage

  2. For items not purchased from our online shop, please contact the authorized retailer where the item was purchased.
  3. For repair services, shipping costs to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are free of charge within the warranty period. Customers in other regions will need to pay the shipping cost when returning items.
  4. Customers need to pay for shipping fees and repair costs of the items after 3-month warranty period. 
  5. We cannot offer repair if lack of materials/ equipment for replacement.
