A sentimental narrative: Breath In Sync
Humans count on breathing while breathing counts on emotions. When troubles come, we can’t do anything about them. All we can do is remind ourselves to take a deep breath to calm down. Every time we exhale, it will bring away the pain and fear, little by little. Eventually, all feelings go away.
I found emptiness in the air.
It can be heavy and light.
It can be strong and fragile.
It can be you and me.
