LEATHER CARE

To ensure the longevity of your bag, we recommend you to:

FULL GRAIN LEATHER

• If there are stains on the bag, we recommend using a soft cloth or leather cleaner. Avoid any alcohol-based cleaning products for leather goods. 
• Protect your bag from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can alter its colour. 
• Protect your bag from moisture and rain: this could cause irreversible damage to genuine leather products. 
• Avoid contact with fatty substances, cosmetics, or perfumes: these can cause stains and are difficult to remove. 
• Avoid contact with abrasive materials that could scratch the leather and metal parts. 
• Avoid contact with dark-coloured clothing as much as possible to reduce the risk of colour bleeding onto your bag.
• Remember to put your bag in a dust bag when not using it. You can also stuff it with tissue paper to maintain its shape.

SUEDE

Suede is also genuine leather, please follow our care recommendations to keep the suede looking great and durable. 

• Suede is highly absorbent and vulnerable to staining from rain, sweat, cream, oil, spray, perfume and cosmetic products.
• Avoid contact with light-coloured clothing, as the suede may transfer colour when rubbed.
• If planning to use a suede protective spray, we advise testing on a hidden section for suitability as it might affect the nature of the suede.
• Remember to put your bag in a dust bag when not using it. You can also stuff it with tissue paper to maintain its shape.

FABRICS

• Avoid contact with fatty substances, and cosmetics: these can cause stains and are difficult to remove.

• Avoid overloading. 
• Our products that have applied water-resistant coating may have discolouration over time. 
• Remember to put your bag in a dust bag when not using it. You can also stuff it with tissue paper to maintain its shape.

 

 

JEWELLERY

All our brass-base products are covered by gold plating. Unlike solid gold products, gold-plated accessories will tarnish over time. Please remove the jewellery immediately if you experience any adverse reaction.

• Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive materials that can damage the finishing.
• Remove before contact with water and chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, and other cleaning products.
• Remove before applying sanitiser, makeup, perfume, hair and skin products.
• Store in the provided flannel bag or case.
