WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.
When your order consists of a mix of currently available and pre-order items, the products will not be dispatched separately. It will be shipped together as soon as the items are ready to be shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. For any special circumstances, please contact info@femance-official.com for further assistance.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE/ COLOUR?
We do not accept exchanges for different styles once the order is placed. We only accept exchanges for a different colour of the same style that was purchased if the order has not yet been dispatched. You are only allowed to swap for a different colour of the same price or lower and it has to be a full-priced item. Once the order has been shipped out, no exchange is allowed.
