TAX AND DUTIES
DO I NEED TO PAY TAX AND DUTIES?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country/location and depend on several factors, such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
Customers will be responsible for paying these charges if and when asked to do so by their local authorities. If the customer refuses to pay for the tax incurred and the parcel has returned to the Hong Kong warehouse. All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
